This describes what the Operational Intelligence Assessment actually collects and does today — not an aspirational policy. It will be updated as the product changes.
Your company name, business segment, and the operational and financial answers you enter across the assessment's seven dimensions. If you unlock the full report, we also collect your email address.
Your answers are scored by a deterministic, versioned formula to produce your results, and an AI model drafts a plain-language explanation of that already-calculated result — it never sets or adjusts your score. We use the email address you provide to unlock and deliver your report, notify TorqueOps of the new assessment, and follow up about the findings.
You aren't asked to create an account. Instead, your browser is given an anonymous session the moment you start. That means access to your in-progress or completed assessment — including an unlocked full report — is tied to that specific browser. Clearing your cookies/site data, or switching to a different browser or device, will end your access to it. There is currently no way to resume or recover an assessment from a different browser or device.
Before you unlock the full report, your composite score and band are retrievable by anyone who has the assessment's URL — this is intentional, since that's the free preview stage. Your URL isn't indexed or searchable, but it also isn't password-protected. Your detailed online report is restricted to the original browser session that completed the assessment. If you provide an email address to unlock the report, TorqueOps also sends a copy of the report to that address. Email and downloaded PDF copies are outside the browser-session restriction and may be accessed or forwarded by anyone with access to that mailbox or file. We do not expose your individual intake answers publicly at any stage.
We currently retain assessment and lead data until you ask us to delete it. An automatic retention policy for abandoned or old assessments is planned but not yet built.
To request deletion of your assessment or lead data, email dharmesh@gettorqueops.com. There's no self-serve deletion option in the product yet.
